Background: Non-classic adrenal hyperplasia (NCAH), comparatively a rare disease, is characterised by mild to moderate hyperandrogenemia, hirsutism, oligomenorrhea, insulin resistance which incidentally are the hallmarks of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)- a common disorder among reproductive aged women.
